I have a wide variety of experiences from working with a top London event catering company, to being a private chef in houses all over the world,  chef for the McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 team,  heading up Omega House catering during the London Olympics, exclusive ski chalet chef, head chef at the Absolute Taste restaurant on Harvey Nichols 5th Floor, tour catering for bands and corporate event catering.
